Once you have submitted an order using our book search order form we will send you by e-mail an invoice with shipping and insurance costs. We request payment in advance.

The books remain our property until the full amount has been paid. All disputes which may arise are subject to Dutch law. Amsterdam will be the place of jurisdiction.

Books may be returned for a full refund minus shipping and insurance costs, provided notification is received within two days of receipt and the items are returned within seven days in the same condition as when originally shipped by us. Returns must be well packaged and sent in a traceable way.
